The following sizes are the top of the mattress measurements. You will need to add to these measurements to allow for overhang. Remember: that bed sizes can vary a few inches between makers.
King Size	76" x 80"
California King Size	72" x 84"
Queen Size	60" x 80"
Double Size	54" x 75"
Twin Size	39" x 75"
Crib Size	27" x 50"
The following are some suggestions for amounts to add for overhang.
Allowance for Pillows	18"
Overhang at Foot	12"
Overhang at Sides	12" x 2 = 24"
